We're a budding organic vineyard and farm owned and operated my us, Tim and Niki based in Timboon, Southwest Victoria. We grow and make single variety and single vineyard wines very much by hand and in small batches without the use of any additives or preservatives. We also work with a small and committed group of Victorian viticulturists who farm organic and are certified. They provide us with quality fruit from well established wine regions Geelong, Pyrenees, Goulburn Valley while our own vineyard matures.
